High-quality materials for reliable LED lighting

Our LED products are made of premium materials for optimal performance. We use imported top-quality copper foil for the flexible circuit boards, with a thickness of up to 4 oz. This ensures excellent conductivity and ductility.

The LEDs come from leading Chinese manufacturers and contain Epistar chips for all white tones. The housing is made of specially developed PVC or silicone, perfect for outdoor use in harsh conditions. These materials are resistant to UV radiation, yellowing, solvents, salt water and dirt.

We choose gas-phase silicone because of its superior tensile strength and ageing resistance compared to ordinary silicone.

High-quality LED chips

For our standard products, we use Epistar chips, expertly packaged by a leading manufacturer from Shenzhen. For our Mono series, you can also choose CREE or Lumileds. We have a strict one-bin policy and work closely with our LED suppliers. Our advanced Kingdee ERP system ensures accurate stock control. Moreover, we optionally offer LEDs with CRI95, R9 and 3-step MacAdam ellipses for the most demanding applications.

Casing

Choose between PVC or silicone for the housing. Our patented technology ensures a seamless, high-quality finish that is resistant to UV, corrosion, solvents and salt water. Quality that makes a difference!

Flexible circuit board for LED strips

The flexible circuit board (FPC) ensures optimum heat transfer to the housing. This ensures long life and consistent colour rendering. Thanks to the minimal voltage drop, brightness remains the same whether you use 10 centimetres or 20 metres of strip. Moreover, the FPC is reliable when bending, without compromising performance.

Waterproof protection for outdoor lighting

This stainless steel IP68 connector is indispensable for bare wire products outdoors. It completely isolates LED strips from external wiring, giving moisture and air no chance - even under pressure or temperature fluctuations.

Waterproof cable connector

Our unique cable connector consists of a male and female connector. Made of two layers of high-quality material: viscous TPU and sturdy nylon. We thoroughly test the waterproofness with an air blast test under water. No bubbles? Then it's perfect! With the stainless steel locking ring included, you have a reliable, waterproof connection with IP68 certification. Ideal for demanding conditions.

Not suitable for underwater use
Quality depends on your dexterity
Seamless connections are tricky

These connectors offer a lot of freedom, but require some skill. Ideal for creative handymen who like to do it themselves!
